MYOFASCIAL RELEASE TREATMENT
is a very effective hands-on technique which provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain, headaches, and to restore motion. This treatment also includes some CranioSacral Therapy, a gentle balancing of the brain/spinal cord/spinal fluid.
The physics of Myofascial Release requires an understanding of the fascial system, an immense web that runs throughout our entire structure. Please note the illustration in left column demonstrating how a fascial restriction can affect our whole body.
Intensive - 5 Consecutive Days
Comprehensive Treatments consist of three treatment hours per day, for a total of 15 hours of bodywork spread throughout five days. Based on your schedule, this could include any combination of morning/evening and weekday/weekend sessions. This is an opportunity for a real breakthrough!
This unique program is designed specifically for your needs. Five consecutive days of consistent treatment set up the potential to release lifelong tissue-holding patterns, and raise your awareness of physical and emotional myofascial restrictions.
Bodywork includes Myofascial Release, Myofascial Stretching, CranioSacral Therapy, Relaxation Training, and a Home Restoration Program.
