Myofascial Release Treatment - A
very effective hands-on technique which provides sustained pressure
into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain, headaches, and to
restore motion. The theory of the myofascial release requires an
understanding of the fascial system.

Therapeutic Massage

This custom massage includes Swedish, deep tissue, Aromatherapy,
Reflexology and energy work -- all targeted to the specific needs of
the individual. The result is deep relaxation and restoration of the
body’s natural healing process.
A
massage session can be used as an evaluative tool for future myofascial
release sessions, which can address deeper chronic conditions.

Hot Stone Massage
- Add this delightful extra for core-warmth and clarity of mind
Hot Stone Energy combines with massage to create a
deep, grounding
therapeutic effect. Hot stones with aromatic oils are massaged into the
body for a relaxing “one of a kind” treatment. Especially
welcome on a
cold, winter day.

CranioSacral Therapy
Our craniosacral system helps to balance the nervous system, and
craniosacral therapy balances the subtle energy of the spinal fluid as
it circulates around the spinal cord and brain.
This is a very gentle technique.

Scar Massage / Trauma
Release
Many
times scars are the result of trauma. Scar Massage can reduce the
cosmetic look of a scar, but just as important, can lead to the deeper
work of reducing the internal scar and related tension. Internal
scarring can be connected to other areas of the body, physically and
emotionally.
Scars
are like the X on a treasure map, with X saying "Lots of potential for
release here." For example, a hysterectomy scar can cause back pain, or
a scar on your knee can cause pain in the hip.

Weeklong Intensives
Comprehensive
Treatments consisting of three treatments per day, for a total of
15 one-hour bodywork sessions spread throughout five days.
The
intention is a strong focus on the body, its structures, energies, and
hidden messages.
Bodywork
includes Myofascial Release, Myofascial Stretching, CranioSacral
Therapy, Energy Balancing, Inner Awareness Relaxation Training, and a
Home Restoration Program.

standard treatment lasts 60 minutes, depending on what is needed at the
time. 90-minute and 120-minute sessions are also available and are
